LIMITLESS IDEAS NET 30 BUSINESS ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
The Limitless Ideas Net 30 Account is a business credit account designed exclusively for start-ups and established businesses seeking to build or expand their business credit profile. This account provides a payment term of thirty (30) days from the invoice date for eligible purchases made through Limitless Ideas. Our Net 30 Account is structured to empower business owners with access to flexible purchasing, structured payment terms, and credit-building opportunities, all while remaining compliant with applicable federal laws.
Limitless Ideas does not require a personal Social Security Number (SSN) from the business owner. However, the application must identify a responsible party—an authorized officer, director, managing member, or designated agent—who is legally permitted to act on behalf of the business. This responsible party must certify that they have the authority to bind the business to financial agreements, make changes to the account, and respond to verification requests as needed.
In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S. Code § 1681b(a)(3)(C), and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S. Code § 1691 et seq., we are required to inform the responsible party that their identifying information may be used to verify business legitimacy and eligibility for credit extension. Limitless Ideas will not use or pull the responsible party’s personal credit file without separate and explicit written authorization. However, the business entity’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) and registration details may be used to assess the creditworthiness of the company and determine approval status.
Further, under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), 15 U.S. Code § 6801, Limitless Ideas has a legal obligation to protect any sensitive data submitted in connection with the business credit application. All information is securely stored and used exclusively for account creation, review, and servicing purposes. The responsible party must agree to the terms of use, privacy policy, and the Net 30 account conditions in full upon submission.
By submitting a Net 30 Business Account application, the business and its designated representative acknowledge and agree to all applicable terms and compliance disclosures required under federal law. Limitless Ideas will notify the responsible party of account approval or denial within a reasonable period following application review and verification.
