Limitless Ideas is not a financial institution or commercial lender. Instead, it operates a proprietary, closed-loop business credit program that offers designated business credit lines usable solely within its online store and membership platform. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681b, and other relevant statutes and regulations, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq., Limitless Ideas affirms its duty to obtain express written or electronic consent prior to initiating any business credit inquiry.
