By submitting this application for a Net 30 Business Credit Account with Limitless Ideas and remitting the required $125.00 non-refundable administrative fee, the applicant business entity (and its authorized representative) expressly acknowledges and agrees to the full scope of this agreement and authorizes Limitless Ideas to evaluate the business’s eligibility for a commercial credit account under the terms set forth below.

1. Permission to Access Business Credit Report and Identity Validation

Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S. Code § 1681b, and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S. Code § 1691 et seq., Limitless Ideas is required to obtain appropriate consent before accessing and evaluating commercial credit data. By submitting this application, the business entity and its designated Responsible Party grant Limitless Ideas express authorization to obtain business credit information from recognized commercial credit reporting agencies and/or to perform verification of business identity, registration, and legitimacy through public or proprietary databases.

This process may include validating the EIN, business registration status, industry classification, and other operational details to assess the eligibility for a Limitless Ideas Net 30 Account. The Responsible Party must be a legally authorized officer, manager, or representative of the business entity, capable of executing financial agreements on behalf of the applicant company.

2. Administrative Fee Requirement

A non-refundable $125.00 administrative fee is due immediately following the submission of this application. This fee covers the cost of application processing, internal system setup, identity and legitimacy verification, and account eligibility review. The application will not be reviewed or processed unless this fee has been received in full.

Limitless Ideas is not a financial institution or third-party lender. The Net 30 Business Credit Account issued is valid only for use on approved products and services through Limitless Ideas’ commercial platform. If Limitless Ideas is unable to approve any form of credit for the applying business, this fee may be refundable under limited circumstances as determined solely by Limitless Ideas.

You will receive a formal response regarding the status of your application, including any approval decision and the initial Net 30 credit limit assigned, within 72 business hours via email or phone. Please ensure that all contact details provided in your application are complete and accurate.

Limitless Ideas reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification to validate business legitimacy or financial standing prior to account approval.

4. Consent to Terms of Use, Program Guidelines, and Account Limitations

By submitting this application and making payment of the administrative fee, you affirm and agree that:

• You understand that the Limitless Ideas Net 30 Account is valid only for purchases made through Limitless Ideas and affiliated entities.

• You acknowledge that your business payment activity may be reported to one or more commercial credit reporting agencies for the purpose of building your business credit profile.

• You understand that your application will remain incomplete and may be rejected if the required $99 administration fee is not received.
